I placed an order for three different kinds of dog food. I placed the order because they were offering free shipping. I only received 2. After they sent my order they informed me one of the dog foods was out of stock. If they had told me before the order was sent I could have ordered something else. I have to wait 5 days to get a refund. I emailed them letting them know I was upset. It took 3 days for an answer. When they did answer they said I could order something else with no shipping. Well that was great except I still haven't gotten my refund yet. Also shipping is slow.
