Delivery is OK, not the fastest, and items arrive in dribs and drabs over the course of the working week. The clothes are ok, they look like they do on the website so can't complain. The only problem I had was with one top that I ordered came in Large packaging but the top was a small, when I should have been a large. I have sent the top back now costing to post it by recorded delivery, and I won't get to wear that top now on my birthday. I am awaiting the response from thehut.com, and I found it rather annoying that they don't have a customer services telephone number. Nevermind, hopefully they will rectify the situation and refund my postage and hopefully will go one step further to make me feel a valued customer, because if they don't that will probably be the last time i order from them
