Poor customer service and they really don't care and they don't listen!
Bought the boiler package from them. Thermostat is defected and phoned CS, they said I need to talk to Worcester (HM... very helpful... NOT!!!)
After numerous phone calls and email I am FORTUNATELY enough for agreeing refund but you just simply need to wait and wait. And they tried to refund you less than what you paid for or even than on their website. Eventually have to go through PayPal's resolution centre to get it sorted.
If you're still going to use them, you just need to pray for the goods delivered on time or completed and working, otherwise good luck for you with their rather non-existed customer service!
