Excellent Customer Service

I found the cheapest available Flight fom Budget Air. There were few other sites also in my serch offering a bit cheaper prices than Budget Air. But when I try to book them, those prices were not available and offered me higher prices than they advertised.

I paid over £2300.00 online for my tickets and when I press the payment cofirmation button that web page disappeared and an error message came. I was really upset since I didn't know wheather the payment gone through or not. And it was a large amount of money for me. I was thinking what should I do now. I can't do another payment because the same thing might be happened again or double payment might be happened.

In couple of minutes I phoned the customer service. Female cusomer adviser answered me and she asked my credit card number to chek the payment. In few seconds she said my payment is gone through and send my invoice and tickets in seconds.

So I can rcommend Budget Air for anybody who looks for cheap flight fares.
