Not living up to expectations

after being enlisted by a friend, I had high hopes with this site. So far I have only managed to complete a couple of surveys, I have received endless emails telling me there are surveys for me to complete, only for them to mysteriously disappear when I log into my account, or if they are there I just get a blank page or after one or two questions I get "there is a technical error with this page" along with payment pending for weeks for another survey. Lots of unqualified and quota full surveys also but seems that's an issue for a lot of people. No satisfactory responses from customer support, after a number of hours over the last few weeks I have earned the grand sum of £2.50. Will carry on for a bit longer to see if this improves. Feel like I am being taken for a ride.
