The order was placed at 6.29pm and an email confirmation was sent immediately, the following day an email was sent explaining the item was out of stock. On the 5th February a further email confirmation was sent confirming the item had been dispatched.

We apologise that in this instance the item took longer than normal to arrive however, this was due to the product being out of stock with the manufacture’s.
