I ordered a torch just befor Christmas and it failed to show up I was not disheartened as I know full well what the Royal Mail is like over Christmas time. I sent an email to tooled-up fully aware that they have sent my item via dispatch emails. I sat on it for a few days and got sent a courtesy email asking if I have received my item to which I replied. A few days later tooled-up offerd to send me a new one which I was very shocked and happy about. I have never received such good customer service and I will deffinalty be using the site again as my father does regularly although the slight hiccup I'm very impressed with the service.
