First of all, let me make it clear that I live in Bulgaria and the stores that ship to my country are not common.
I placed two orders on The Hut now. The first one was 3 clothing items on sale. Two of them were shipped and arrived separately approximately after a month. The third one was canceled because it was out of stock.
My second ordered included a video game and I'm still waiting for it to come.
The support is cooperative but it usually takes them more than 24 hours to respond.
