Very good after sales service when I had some initial problems with tuning the gears.

The whole process of discussing, ordering and getting the bike delivered was very good.
Great deal on price !
I had some initial problems with the gears which I got sorted out at my local bike shop, having purchased the bike on the internet.
When I contacted Pedalon about this they very kindly reimbursed me for the cost of getting the gears correctly setup.

Thank you for your comments. Our bikes are all assembled by Cytech qualified mechanics and our aim is to get the bike to you in perfect working order. In this case, something has gone wrong in either transit or in the workshop.

We'll contact you directly to find out more about the issue, if we can learn from it and if we can compensate you for any costs involved in correcting it.
