Mobile service is convenient

The fact the service was mobile was very helpful although I was not clear if they could do wheel allignment.
Would have been better if:
1. The time slot was narrower rather than "between 8.30 & 5", and
2. As the guy didn't come till mid-late afternoon an update call from the call centre would have been helpful.
The technician who did the tyre fitting was very good and helpful.
