Lack of comm/clarity on where item despatched from

Placed an order for a weekend trip on the previous Monday. No contact was made until the following Monday when I checked the website only to found out that the item is out of stock.

When I agree for the alternative I had to wait for another 5 days before the item was delivered from hk not uk
