I have booked my yearly family holiday with Olympic for the past five years. I can't fault the ease of booking, the transfers, the reps and the prices. What I do have an issue with, however, is their complete and utter disregard to changing flight times. When we book our holiday, we have to book it around our time off from work. We always try to get an outbound flight for around 6am, and an inbound flight for around 2pm. This means we are okay to return to work the day after. I pay extra for these chosen flight times. Every year, Olympic send me a letter 6 -8 months after I have booked stating that my flight times have changed meaning I am flying out at 12pm now, and returning home at 11pm! Not good getting home at about 1 am when you have work the morning after! I should have learned my lesson and booked elsewhere, but have given Olympic the benefit of the doubt. Never again. What annoys me even more is that the original flight times I chose are still being offered on Olympics website. This is the last time I will be holidaying with Olympic.
I have no idea how this company is still in business. Take a look at their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/#!/ScottishPower?fref=ts) to see the hundreds of disgruntled customers who can never contact them. They sent me a refund as I had overpaid a bill at a previous address. A few days ago, they sent me a bill for 5p!!!After attempting to telephone them,I have given up. Been on hold on 5 occasions (without having spoken to a single person) for a minimum of one hour. I have sent countless emails (all unanswered). Use this energy supplier at your peril, as I can guarantee that in no way will you EVER be able to contact them.

Ordered a slide yesterday and was told it would be around three days delivery. However , the slide turned up this morning! Talk about speedy delivery. I am well impressed with the great customer service, speedy delivery and quality of the product. Fantastic!
