I've ordered through MyProtein.Com twice now, and both times I've received a great product but the customer service is definitely questionable. When a Saturday delivery failed to appear I found the twitter account wholly useless aside from bigging up their products and retweeting praise. When I eventually could speak to someone on the Monday morning their answers were less than satisfactory and the fact I had to take a few hours from work to wait in on the delivery was only compensated by a refund on the delivery charge.
That being said the products are top notch and I would recommend them but only if you can afford to have them delivered at any point. If like me you are constrained by receiving deliveries, I would think carefully.
