Good website and ordering system, poor delivery, bad packaging

I was able to order what I wanted from the website however I would like to see you stock Skins.........delivery was slow and when I received my package it was damaged and the packet containing the ball pump needles I ordered was split open and one was missing and the other was taped to the box! Not good. I did not want to go through the hassle of calling for a £2.50 item but will bear it in mind before ordering anything further from Barrington.

We are pleased we have been able to resolve the issue with your package. UPS have taken full responsibility for the way in which it arrived, and have apologised. I am glad you got the replacement ball needles too and watch out for improved availability of the Skins products as discussed.
