Arrogant and very unhelpful when you try to move

Chess rolled over our contract just before the legislation change meaning we were stuck with them for another 2 years. No mention that we would lose 1471 either which is critical in our business.Letter sent telling us that contract was due to expire. We had no intentions of renewing and since then they have made it difficult for us to move with threats of £800 charges. All dealings with this company have been stressful and customer service is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs
