I received my threads when I was told and expected them to arrive.
One item was too big so I filled out the very straight-forward returns form and asked for an exchange for a size smaller, wrapped up the package and put the returns label on. The returns label was free, which some companies charge for in addition to your order, which I appreciated too.
Depending on the time it takes to exchange this product and if the order is right, it'd be hard to fault the service end provide.
