I was a bit sceptical when placing order with MobiCity due to some of the negative reviews but I must say that my experience was perfect. Mobicity kept me posted with the progress of my order; I was provided with a tracking number and I could check the status of shipment. The product (LG G2) arrived on time, in excellent condition, although I believe it was from Korea as the default language was set to Korean. Few weeks since the phone has arrived and it is working perfectly without any problems.
My car hit a pothole which damaged two of its tyres. The car was not in a position to be driven so took the tyres off and took to my local tyre dealer. The dealer didn't have those tyres and asked me to wait for 2-3 days while they arrange for the tyres. It was not possible for me to leave the car in that state for few days so I decided to try my luck elsewhere. A friend of mine told me about Kwikfit's mobile service so I thought I'd give them a try. The booking process was very easy and the price was 30% less than what my local tyre dealer quoted and there were no hidden costs (like new valve, disposal of old tyres, labour, VAT, etc.) Customer service was as good as it could be. After on line booking I received a polite phone call to confirm the booking. Then next day I received another call to confirm my availability and they told me that next call will be from the mobile team member. As told, the team member called me half an hour before his arrival, came on time and did the job professionally and efficiently.
