Speedy delivery but packaging lacking

Purchasing was easy and the amount of detail I got regarding my delivery was great. I was given the day, the exact time and even the driver's name meaning disruption to my day was minimal. Delivery was so speedy that I got the game a day before release! However, I was a little concerned when handed the parcel though as it was incredibly crumpled and battered. The game's box was, thankfully, smaller than the outer box so the destruction hadn't reached to the game but it was worrying that there was no padding at all, meaning the game had free reign to rattle around inside the larger box. When I spend £70 on a collectors edition, that includes a statue, I would have hoped for a little more protection....especially as I've seen with my own eyes how some delivery drivers treat packages. Overall I'm happy with the whole process but I may think twice about ordering from Simply Games if I'm considering a collectors edition in future
