I received an excellent pair of glasses exactly as expected, with fast and reliable service.
The only issue was that my glasses were sent out in the wrong case - they didn't fit in it properly and the case was a different brand to my glasses. When I flagged this up on email, I was told to return the case, then they'd send out the correct one. I contested as it's not really ideal to be without a case until they receive the old one and send out the correct one, plus I'd have to pay for postage. They still said that it's not possible to send out a new case without receiving the old one back - so I've had to leave it as not worth the hassle. Not great as it was their error in the first place, but they have been very friendly and overall I'm impressed with the service and would definitely use them again. Much cheaper than buying in store!
