Do not use these people, I've had difficulty in getting my Groupon to work on their website. I emailed them asking for an urgent reply on 5/213 as Groupon voucher (for over £100!) was due to reply on 6/2/13. I've added content to the ticket twice hoping this would increase my chance of a responce...but nothing still waiting for a reply 12/2/13!
I'm thinking of contacting trading standards if I don't hear anthing in next couple of days.
