I went on line to buy a particular ear piece for my hands free experience of my new phone and it cost me £31,50 for it, and then I found the free delivery time to be 5 to 15 days and I thought thats not too bad, well I recieved my ear piece today 1st July, 32 working days after purchase, bareing in mind that does not include the weekends, it makes it 43 days if you count the weekends, really not good customer service.
Haveing been apporached by email, I did some online research about the company (all good), The whole process was quick, even though I threw some tuff questions at the advisor, because of my Long Term Condition, and to be fair he did react by answering the questions he could, and then got the answers he could not, which did not take him long, overall I have been (at the moment) very satisfied with the whole out come.
