Not a great first impression....

I ordered item online. It was supposed to be deilvered next day. The item was showing in processing state for 2 days on their website. Finally they manged to move the queue. The courier delivery was even more comic. The driver came to deliver but did not bother to press security buzzer and returned back from the door without leaving any note or whatsoever. To make the matter worse they reported this as "no one home to accept delivery". I called them (courier) and they admitted the delivery driver did not bother to ring the security bell. The item was delivered finally.
