Excellent all round service

I used booking.com for the first time and will so again when needed The site gave good information on the selected choices and was an easy transaction, The only complaint I would say was that more emphasis should be given on disabled facilities, and a search choice would be good. As a wheelchair user it is imperative that I have a ground floor room, some accomodation did say this but was hard to find. I could not chance booking somewhere that may not have had suitable accomodation although it may have had lifts/ground floor rooms.

If you have then found a hotel you would like to stay at, but you do have additional questions, you can always contact us to clarify.
