I don't normally write reviews, especially bad ones but my experience with heatandplumb/Pioneer Bathrooms really needs to be shared. I wanted to buy a 400 x 2000 radiator and decided to pay above the odds as their people promised 3-4 working days delivery.
Broken promise #1
"The radiator is too big for standard delivery so we need to charge you an extra £40"
My argument was that they MUST know the dimensions of the radiator and charging extra for it is tantamount to false advertising. But I needed the radiator quick so I swallowed my pride and coughed up the cash
Broken promise #2
I had an EMAIL CONFIRMATION saying that the radiator will be with me on the 4th of Feb. It didn't arrive. Called customer service and they apologised and absolutely confirmed that I will get it on Friday 8th of Feb.
Broken promise #3
Repeat of the above - now delayed to Monday 11th of Feb ABSOLUTELY PROMISED AND CONFIRMED. Blamed sub-supplier for the mix-up.
Broken promise #4
Did not arrive on Monday 11th of Feb - they wanted another delay till Thursday 14th of Feb. At this point I would be an absolute fool to take their word - my builders are almost finished with the job, and I decided to cancel the order and asked for a full refund.
I do hope heatandplumb process my refund as fast as they took my money. 2 stars because I am not sure that they had any malicious intent but I would avoid them if you have a deadline to meet.
