I ordered several radiators from Plumbnation they were delivered on Friday 25th of January. I had wanted to order a 1100 double panel double convector radiator, but you only had 1200. I understood this size would be ok and ordered it. My fitter has had an operation on his shoulder and was only able to come to fit the radiators today. On checking the radiators he said that the 1200 was too large and he has asked me to change it for a 1000.

The produst I need to change is: Stelrad Compact with Style K2 Radiator 600mm x 1200mm Double Panel Double Convector to a 600mm x1000mm

I called up customer services at 8:45 this morning expecting it to be a straight forward swap and Sean - one of the ‘customer service’ people said that I was 4 days too late to return the item. I explained that I was not looking for a refund, but just wanted to organise an exchange. He was persistent that he could not and would not help. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that all managers were on the phone. He gave me an email address to write to. I have bought many items form this company in the past and I am totally appalled and disappointed with the customer care operators response and lack of compassion.
I am still waiting for a response to resolve this very difficult situation.
