I ordered 2chairs in august. had to be delivered in november.
I contacted them in december... they answered they were late but I will have my chairs for sure, before dec11th... but nothing...
I contacted them again (because obviously I have nothing more interesting to do than to loose my time) they said I had to wait again one week..
As they could not send the chairs to me before Xmas, I canceled everything. and had to wait for 30days my money back... it was on december 20th (I still have their mail).
but 15days later the chairs arrived and I refused them because I asked to be refund and Xmas was far. So I waited 15days more for my money....
Now we are Feb 12th and I still don"t have my money back....
They could just admit they are not at all well organised, not competent, apologize and give my money back... but the real question is: Are they Honest?!?
I'm Tired but WON T GIVE UP.

devant leur incapacité à me livrer avant noël, et APRES (un peu trop tard) avoir lu tous les avis négatifs sur le site de 60 millions de consommateurs, j'ai annulé ma commande le 20decembre.
remboursement sous 30jours qu'ils disaient... nous sommes le 12fevrier j'attends encore... et surtout ils ne sont pas joignables.. ça sent l'arnaque à plein nez!
je n'en peux plus!!!
