Good service in the end

Ordered shower curtain...chased up after 5 days with no delivery only to be told it was being ordered direct from the manufacturer. That wasnt what the website said so when i complained the postage charge was refunded. Following working day UPS parcel arrived with curtain in. All in all never used before but the way my complaint was handled as i i would expect paying £5.95 postage for an item that never was in stock i was happy with the company. Would use again despite rocky start!
