Sent off an i phone 4s 16gb brand new in box was offererd £270 after having the phone a week they came bk with a counter offer of £240 because the outer wrapping had been removed and apple wasnt offering a warranty i therefore accepted the offer that however was 2 weeks ago and after my bank transfer has been approved i am still awaiting oneys owed to me i have had an email bk after i sent 1 asking when funds would be cleared as my bank said there wasnt a payment going through and a week had past saying it would be in that night or tommorrow that was last thursday and still had no reward sent i have since from friday sent numerous emails to which have been unanswered please be aware of recycling your gadgets with these people there is also no telephone number or there live support is never availible which is very frustrating
after my email last night saying that my solicotor had a copy for his records to see the outcome before i make a county court summons i have recieved an emaill at 5.41 saying my funds had been delivered to my bank and then at 5.44 am to say that my funds went to a different account due to an input error but would be in my account and sure enough my funds were there. i just wish this all went through at the first time off asking i would therefore advise even though payzoola is by far the most generous with payments regarding gadgets the problems with recieving your funds is unacceptable i will not use again and i urge others to do the same overall a bad experience that i could of avoided if id only seen the reviews first but at least in my case its a alls well that ends well!!! beware you might not be as lucky!
