Utter disgrace

Great range of products and prices however a shame those products either don't arrive on time or suddenly become unavailable. Waiting times on the phone were ridiculous and your on hold music is incredibly irritating! We decided to cancel our 2nd order with yourselves and re place with Victoria Plumb (much better service and delivery that turned up on time!) unfortunately although this order had been cancelled you still continue sent a dispatch email, we replied demanding this was not sent out and contact was made with ourselves with regards to a complaint procedure. Surprise surprise a reply was never received and Im still £221 short. Incredibly disappointed with the service received
