We are very sorry that the package did not arrive within your expected timescale. We do try very hard to set expectations on when packages will be sent and will arrive. We have daily deadline of 3pm to process orders which we hope is made as clear as possible on all our published material. An order placed at 6pm as this one was will be packed and sent the following day thus delivery will be made the next next day.
