Battery Force

Battery Force, another emergency service.

Rang and spoke to a guy called Steve for help regarding which batteries I needed for my home phone. He recommended a couple of brands and took the time to explain the difference between them i.e. one with a higher mAh would last longer out of the base station. I decided on the JCB brand and, as promised, they arrived the next day. I don't know if all customers get the same but there was also a mini chocolate in the pack, what a nice thought, cheered up my day.
