Very bad customer service

I placed an order on the 13th of january and they sent me an e-mail on the 14th telling me that the order was dispatched, well this parcel is not here yet after a month.
I contacted them three times and always got the exactly same generic answer that says nothing useful...
I'm not happy at all.
