I put in an order on 9th of January and took delivery on 6th of February! And even though I had 2 emails from BetterBathrooms saying my delivery was on the way to the warehouse when my husband rang up at the end of January he was told that it had been out of stock. The snow we think delayed delivery to the courier but he hadnt been officially informed either why it still had not come. Then the courier forgot to deliver it on the day i sat in all day for it. We have it now with a slightly bendy metal frame from where it had been secured to the crate so hopefully it will be ok when put together but as it took so long we couldnt risk sending it all back.
