Slow customer service, slow withdrawl of money to bank account

I really can not stand the slow response from your customer service , when i was facing some problems during some transaction and expected a fast solution from your customer service officer. In the end,i needed to wait at least 24 hrs to get an answer from you. This happened almost every time of my enquiry. Your fast response and action is highly appreciated.

Your points have been taken on board and I apologise for the slow response. In some cases a reply within 24hrs is pretty good, I appreciate this is not one of those times! Generally our customer service team is highly efficient. I will pass your points on to see if there is viable solution we can implement to help, like a live chat perhaps.
