I always use HIFX to transfer to Moroccan Dirhams (I live in Morocco).

Having set up a standard account for receiving the dirhams, I just email HIFX with my request and then Sam from HIFX phones to confirm the order. HIFX begin the process immediately and give me 5 days to transfer the money into their account. It is all explained on an email that is sent. I can also track via online system which is very good, but not necessary.

I find this easier than dealing with my own bank because I speak to someone who does this all the time and who knows me.

It is also a better exchange than going through my bank and I get some assurance of how long it will take.
