Recently had a problem with your administration dept,I had purchased an item and wanted to pay on Take 3,which I was told was ok but on my next statement it was not on take 3 but on monthly and I phoned but nobody seemed to know why I had not been put on take 3. Hopefully this is now sorted but I am not sure.
