Advised item in stock on website and ordered over the phone. (Jay was very helpful). However after 10 days item not received so called to chase. Was told that they would chase it up but no one got back to me. Called again a day later and got through to Jay who confirmed that item was not in stock at Tap Outlet or Bristan. Jay is now chasing for me. However we still have a leaking tap and looks like it will be another week before we get the item. Not impressed that I wasn't advised of this, an email would have been sufficient. Can't say I would recommend Tap Outlet.
Jay has now sorted everything out for me including sourcing alternative taps. He has been extremely helpful.
