I placed an order on 31 december 2012 and have not received my order till today. I've tried writing to Beautybay via email as well as through the contact form on their website and like all the others, all i have is the automated email from them asking us to wait for 20 working days before claiming that the item is missing. There has been no other response despite sending a query to Beautybay three times! This is totally unacceptable! My card has been charged and nothing has been received other than automated emails!
