I was very impressed from start to finish! I asked a question before ordering and got an answer within the time stated and you could tell it was a human who had answered my question. When I placed the order, I put a request on the notes and this was honoured. I feel confident to use them again and as a Garden Designer this is vital! I was also very impressed how quickly I received the trees and the packaging was excellent.
