I received my package but..

I received my package but I couldn't track it for the first 5 days. Also I had to pay 15£ instead of the 11£ declared on their website for shipping to Italy. At the end I got a refund of the 4£ difference. As the 3 stars say: "acceptable experience but with some friction".
A request for UrbanIndustry: Please improve the quality of ''My account" section on the website because is not very detailed.
