Simply Hike

Excellent service.

If you order on a Sunday and want next day delivery you are out of luck even though thats what you have paid for.
The next day delivery must only apply if orders are placed on a working day.
Otherwise great service.

We do apologise for any disappointment caused to customer regarding the Next Working Day Delivery option. We can advise that our advice pages/terms and conditions and the timer at basket point when placing an order, advises that we only ship Monday to Friday/gives estimated date of despatch.
