Ordered roses for Valentine's on 31 January ...to arrive on 14 February and like so many others, nothing arrived. I do not think that it is acceptable that Iflorist took my order a fortnight ago and after promising to deliver on Valentine's Day, could not manage this.This is the first time that I have used this company and I must say that I am so disappointed. Hope to have my money refunded and the order cancelled as the flowers are of no use to anyone now. So infuriated that I couldn't contact anyone to make further enquires! Ruined the day totally.
****As of 1 March 2013, I am still waiting on my money more than a month after I sent the phone. I wouldn't use this company again - ever!
Sent my Blackberry Torch in immaculate condition and was to receive £75.Got an email today stating that it had "excessive wear and tear" and they reduced the offer to £30. Wanted £9 to return phone to me which is a joke. Considering reporting the company to trading standards! So incensed with these time wasters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..
Revised offer of £67. Accepted-reluctantly. STILL WAITING TO GET THE CASH.......POOR! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS EITHER!!!!
