Exceptional AV

Work behind the scenes - Just need to let your customers know!!

After an inital 3 week period of delays i finally received the Yamaha AV Receiver i ordered.

The only thing i would say is the lack of communication during this time was frustrating, although i appreciate behind the scenes these guys work hard to fulfill your order.

Just let your customers know this!!
An updated customer is more likely to cut you some slack if there is a delay.
Just keep us informed.
