It was very easy to order the garage door Liftmaster 700 on line. I was notified of the delivery day and TIME! by e-mail and what is unbelievable it arrived the day after and spot on time. Everything to this point was very professional and an enjoyable experience. When installed the LM 700 would not work and would not allow me to set the travel limits. Having made many calls to EasyGate I had to rely on the e-mail system for advice but when I received the reply it directed me to contact [Link]. What followed was less than customer friendly. Call after call after call was rejected and it took 2 days before making contact with some one who just said it was the photo cells and there had been a change in EU legislation and then rang off. I tried to re establish contact without success and finally I gave up. I did eventually work it out but it had now taken 4 days which was much longer than the acquisition process. Total lack of technical support for a complex piece of equipment. It spoilt the whole process.and left a bad taste
