good quality racking well packed and shipped

this is a further order given to Big Dug - and came up trumps again.
if i had to be critical I would say that a one page leaflet on "howto" put the racking together easily would help -not a rubbish one in 15 languages though! I put my heavy duty racking together on my own but really a helper makes in quicker!
Big Dug could be a bit better on giving a discount to existing customers - as its often difficult to gauge what you need on racks after erecting.
So less junk mail- and a discount would be great!
