I purchased a watch as a Christmas present for my wife. There was nothing in the description to say what the bracelet size was. When it arrived it was found to be too small and needed an extra link or two. I made contact with a chap called Maurice who assured me that he would order the extra links for me as soon as business resumed in full in the new year. As I then heard nothing I contacted Maurice who assured me that the links had been ordered. When I made contact again he then informed me that the links had arrived but that they were for the gentlemen's model, and assured me that he would order the correct ones and send them to me as soon as they arrived. As I heard nothing for a while I contacted Maurice again but he is yet to reply. Overall I am very disappointed as my wife has a watch that she can't wear, and I do feel that I have been duped and doubt very much that the links were ever ordered?! Communication is very poor and responses take a long time, if at all. This has been going on since the end of December and still hasn't been resolved.
