AVOID There must be a training course to achieve this level of atrocity.
You order something. It doesn't arrive because they haven't sent it. They say In Stock when it ain't. The send it again but they don't. They send the wrong product worth less than half price. There must be a training course to achieve this level of atrocity. Company keeps changing its name. Shame on their suppliers for dealing with them. NO STARS

Consistantly Good For Me
I have bought a few mics and accessories from Studiospares. They print reviews good and bad on their website. Their own-brand stuff has so far been really good value for money. The website could be a little easier to use (small typefaces & finding stuff sometimes challenging). They really should be more consistent with price presentation sometimes including VAT but usually not. Everyone else quotes inc. VAT. Happy to buy from them when they are competitive.

Having been let down completely by Sevenoaks AV I thought I would do a google and pick up the phone. By chance Exceptional AV (part of the Now Group) came up and I used their call back system. They contacted me almost immediately. The product I was after was OoS so I asked for another alternative. They suggested what was already my second choice and confirmed that it was in stock. I paid and depite living in NE Scotland on the day when hundreds were stuck by snow in their cars overnight, the amp arrived 24 hours later. Delivery cost £4.99 not the usual ripoff by firms who think Scotland is a foreign country. Nice to have product knowledge and efficiency all in the same place - Cheers you've just gained a new customer.

Abysmal
I placed an online order for an amplifier and received a confirmation by email. I was to expect posting within 24 hours. A week later I have sent several emails and now attempted to contact by phone without success. They don't respond or answer their phone and the Shopatron payment service are just a machine with no answers.
Don't waste your time with them. I have purchased from Exceptiona AV instead. They at least have knowledgable staff who will answer the phone.

I just received a dual phantom power unit which feels chunky and works perfectly. It was quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else. I also got a Dr Tone echo FX pedal. Great piece of kit. Well done Dawsons. Nice to have a company that breaks the mould.
