Excellent product at good price but refund on one item was a nightmare

Took three weeks to get a refund on an item i wished to return - several e mails and telephone calls etc. really not good enough in this day and age. This is a pity as every other aspect of the service was faultless. Suggest management has a look at this aspect of the service.
