I ordered a dvd set for my daughter in Australia on 13 January and TheHut missed off part of her address so the parcel was undelivered. I tried to ring them (their number given on emails) but always got an answerphone message saying to message them though my account, which I did. Their reply said I can get a refund once the dvds get back to them. I paid for tracking and this shows that the parcel got half way back to the UK but was then sent back to Oz for some reason! The address is of course still incorrect. As I paid through Paypal I have lodged a claim with them so hopefully I will get my money back as I don't think the parcel will ever get back to The Hut as it continues to travel about.
