I have recently purchased an. oil filled radiator from Machine Mart online,it lasted a week and died.I telephoned customer service and was told to return it to my local store.I phoned the store to clarify and was told that I was misinformed and to contact head office,they said it would be collected by courior the following day,and it was.still waiting for an update on repair or refund.I feel there is confusion regarding company policy on warranty claim procedure.In future I will purchase on ebay,it would have been delt with by now.
